Jessica has a degree in Contract Law for which she earned whilst doing a full-time day job, integrating her theoretical knowledge in a practical working environment. This is a showcase of her hard-work, versatility and empathy.
Her post as Contracts and Procurement Manager exposed her to drafting, liaising, negotiating and implementing legal contracts worth €1 million and above. Not only that, since the job is a technical service, she has pushed herself into learning the technical aspects of their products and services in order to facilitate a mutual working relationship with Clients.
Her experience in writing contracts has earned her a Team Leader position, emphasizing on her ability to manage a workforce in terms of hiring and training.
With these capabilities and her growing role within the company over the years, she took over and is now owner and Managing Director of First German Mechatronic Equipment LLC.
